Spore print B+ psilocybe cubensis
The B + strain is the most often used Psilocybe cubenis strain. It produces huge B + mushrooms that range in color from dark red to golden brown. The B + traces germinate rapidly. Mushroom Spore Print
The spore prints are made on sterile film and stored in a sterile ziplock bag in the refrigerator. A tiny crash of traces eliminated from the output can occur for each trace. A test drive on agar or liquid culture is performed with this mop to assess the condition of the tracks. Only germinating spores are released as a pressure.
How to store a mushroom spore print
Store the traces cooled between 2 * C-8 * C Celsius or 35 * F-46 * F Fahrenheit. A Spore print can be stored for years.

Who hasn’t heard of the B+ miraculous mushroom? This all-around cubensis is a formidable “survivor” on the market. Because the B+ is so hardy, it can even thrive in colder climates. B+ has the ability to grow mushrooms as long as your underarm.having hollow stems on occasion. As well as huge brown crowns. B+ is so effective that it only stops fruiting when there are almost no nutrients available and the mycelium can no longer sustain itself. If you’re new to mycology, this strain is a great place to start.
B+ 20 ml magic mushroom spore syringes are produced under sterile conditions and should be kept dark and refrigerated (2-8°C) to increase the shelf life of the cubensis spores.

How to use the B+ spore syringe
A luer lock stopper on the end where the needle goes holds the B+ spore solution inside the syringe. The B+ spore syringe is easy to transport and store with this luer lock stopper fitted. Make every effort to work as hygienically as feasible.
Wear a face mask, sterile gloves, and/or wash your hands. Hold the B+ spore syringe in front of you, luer lock stopper facing up. Screw the luer lock stopper out counter-clockwise. Remove the needle from the sterilized container and insert it into the B+ spore syringe. Before removing the protective cap from the needle, violently shake the spore syringe for ten seconds.
To proceed from here, there are several methods to choose from:
Dropping the spore solution onto the substrate
After you’ve created your own substrate or cakes, you can syringe the B+ spore solution directly onto them. Slowly press the plunger until drips of spore solution emerge from the needle. Every drop that comes into contact with the substrate will be a possible mycelium growth point, therefore distribute these droplets evenly around the substrate to evenly colonize it with mycelium.
How many cakes can you make with spore syringe?
One 20 cc/ml spore syringe can easily colonize 6 liters / 13 pints of substrate.
Injection through injection ports
This is nearly comparable to splattering the spore solution onto the substrate. Pull the port protection cap back to open the injection port. To sterilize the injection port entry, use an alco prep. With the needle, pierce the hole. Now, evenly distribute the spore solution throughout the substrate inside the spawn bag or grow box. After injecting the B+ spore solution, remove the syringe and cover the injection port with the port protection cap.
Study spores and research using a microscope
From a scientific standpoint, all Psilocybe cubensis are the same. They do, however, differ slightly in appearance and fruiting rate (phenotype). There are several distinct phenotypes of Psilocybe cubensis. These distinct cubensis are not subspecies, but rather strains. The B+ is a Psilocybe cubensis strain. The phenotypic distinctions can be noticed with the naked eye, but the actual beauty is seen under the microscope.
The spores’ beautiful world. Many of our customers are scientists or amateurs conducting research on these distinctions in their own homes. Drop some of the B+ spore solution onto your microscope slide after it has been prepared. A microscope covering glass should be used to protect the specimen. A magnification of 1000x or higher is recommended for Psilocybe cubensis and Panaeolus cyanescens spore investigation.
Using liquid culture growth medium with the spore syringe
Only a few cc (drops) of B+ cubensis spores should be added to a liquid culture growth substrate. 1-2 ml of spores is plenty, but add a few drops more just to be sure. We advocate using the Liquid Culture vails, but we’d love to receive your thoughts on your own liquid culture findings.
How to store a spore syringe
The B+ spore syringe should be stored refrigerated in a temperature between 2°C – 8°C or 35°F – 46°F. The shelf life of the spore syringe is at least 12 months after they leave our warehouse.
