Golden Teacher Strain information
Some think that a specimen of the Golden Teacher mushroom was discovered growing in the wild in Florida, USA, in the 1980s. Always read the instructions carefully and follow to the letter.
Step 1 Let’s get started!
Wash your hands thoroughly and clean the outside of the grow kit with a dry cloth. Remove the lid and save it for step 2.
Step 2 Soaking
Fill the grow kit to the edge with lukewarm water (20°C), put the lid back on the grow kit and let it soak for 5 minutes. Important: never soak the grow kit for more than 1 hour.
Step 3: Drain
Remove the lid from the grow kit and drain the water well. Let the grow kit drain for 10 seconds.
Step 4: Humidity
Place the grow kit in the grow bag and fill the grow bag with a cup (200-250ml) of lukewarm water (20°C). Then fold the top of the bag and close it with 2 paperclips.
Step 5: temperature and light
Place the grow kit somewhere with an average room temperature of 20-25°C. Make sure the grow kit is not in direct sunlight, beneath a lamp, or near a radiator/heating source. It is critical that the bag stay tight until the first pinheads appear. Until then, keep the CO2 and humidity levels inside the bag as high as possible.
Step : Fresh air
When the first pinheads* appear, let some fresh air into the grow bag (for a few minutes each day) and then damp the grow kit with a misting bottle. The first apparent forms of small mushroom caps are pinheads. It may take 10 to 20 days for the first pinheads to appear.
Step 7: Harvest your GetMagic Kit
Harvest the mushrooms immediately before the membranes on the bottom of the cap open. Gently grab the stem and turn it left/right while harvesting. Pull the mushroom out as cautiously as possible when it gets loose. Important: the mushroom must be entirely removed in order for a new one to grow. Congratulations, your harvest is finished.
